If you’re dropping by Los Angeles, California, make sure to take in the sights and sounds the city has to offer. Hollywood is the place to be for all things related to the film industry. Who knows, you might bump into some famous personalities along the way. It’s easy to get lost in all the glitz and glamor that surrounds you there. However, if you choose to indulge in a bit of an architectural tour, you can find some of the most stunning structures close by. We stumbled upon one such beauty along Carla Ridge in Beverley Hills. They’re calling it the Carla House, which doesn’t sound too impressive until you see the bigger picture.
Despite the simple name, this 20,000 square foot dwelling features 1.2 acres of flat land. Given its elevated location, a panoramic view of Los Angeles, mountains, hills, and a whole lot more. This is the type of residence that the stars or rich and famous would go for in a heartbeat. The breathtaking view is not the only selling point, because the structure itself is sensational.
This is the work of Walker Workshop, an architectural firm calling the City of Angels home. This hilltop abode is exceptionally luxurious boasting seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Each corner of the Carla House provides a majestic view of the surroundings. Moreover, in between the two wings sits a 2,000 square foot upper-level deck, which is an exceptional area to hold a lavish party under the stars. Inside this modern building, you have a modern movie theater, spa facilities, and an 84-foot infinity-edge lap pool.
