Trak 2 Touring Kayak

Trak has spent ten years and conducted thousands of interviews to find out what kayakers think would make the best possible watercraft. Now the study is over and it is time to take the new Trak 2.0 Ultimate Touring Kayak onto the water to experience the result.

Rather than wood or bone covered in sealskin, the Trak 2.0 has a collapsible, rigid frame of aircraft grade aluminum and carbon fiber covered in expedition-grade polyurethane material. Once assembled, the Trak 2.0 is 16′ (4.9m) long by 22.5″ (57cm) wide in a classic Greenland design. One of the high-tech modifications is the adjustable rocker that allows you to change both freeboard and tension to meet changing water conditions.

The Trak 2.0 Ultimate Touring Kayak is made to disassemble and be carried in a wheeled pack or on your back with the specially made backpack frame. At just 42 lbs. and a quick ten-minute setup, you can take kayaking to places formerly undreamed of for your next adventure.
