Ken Onion’s latest blade comes in the form of this unique CRKT Panache, a new EDC item that’s bound to be an absolute must-have.

Ken Onion, based in Hawaii, is no doubt one of the most influential and prolific blade makers in the world today. Some of Onion’s designs have made their way to consumers by virtue of the CRKT brand, and the new catalog welcomes the CRKT Panache into the mix. The ultra-premium build looks a lot like any regular knife, but make no mistake. This is not your ordinary production knife.

Rather, the CRKT Panache is a limited-edition unit with a carbon fiber-inlay titanium handle, high-end CTS XHP blade steel, and IKBS ball-bearing deployment. The knife falls on the larger end of the spectrum with a 3.68-inch blade, with a bullnose drop point shape that provides belly, straight edge, and a pierce-capable tip. The blade opens with a flipper tab, although you can use the textured cutout on the blade as a secondary two-hand opening option.

The CRKT Panache weighs just 5.8 ounces, so you can take it around anywhere easily. CRKT and Onion even threw in a short loop-over pocket clip that sports a diamond aesthetic. Pretty slick.

There will only be 550 individually numbered made, so if you want one, you better act fast. Don’t expect this to remain on shelves for long. Ken Onion’s knives always sell quickly, so make room in your EDC kit and hit the link below to buy one.
