Much like its collaborative chronographs, the smartwatch is a perfect tribute to the German carmaker’s flagship EV. Much like the Taycan’s all-electric powertrain, the Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Edition takes timekeeping to the digital space. This wearable boasts a premium build quality and cutting-edge features.
Its 45 mm x 15.3 mm round titanium case shows a coat of matte black DLC. Also, the robust construction makes it water resistant up to 164 feet. Beneath the sapphire watch crystal is a 1.39” AMOLED touchscreen. The vibrant display is bordered by a fixed black ceramic bezel with engraved tachymeter markings in white and frozen blue.
To the sides are the crown and pushers with frozen blue accents. Instead of a mechanical movement, the Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Edition holds a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100+ chipset. Powering its functions is a 440 mAh battery that can fully recharge in an hour and a half. This is enough for a full day of use and connectivity with your smartphone.
Aside from the cosmetics, TAG Heuer adds an exclusive watch face is calls “Circuit” to denote its relation to the zero-emission Taycan. Moreover, it can also wirelessly interface with the EV for telemetry and more. The Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Edition ships with a stylish black strap. It shows electric blue trims and uses a push-button folding clasp closure in black DLC titanium.
