Its lighting systems for houses are fantastic, and the company is now looking further into the future with a different kind of household appliance. The Urban Beehive puts an actual working beehive (yes complete with hundreds and thousands of bees) right in your home, giving you constant access to plenty of lovely sweet honey. Placed on glass or a wall, the Urban Beehive features an entrance hole for the bees on the outside, and a visible closed off viewing pane on the inside. You can watch the bees work and can even smoke them to calm the little buggers down if they make too much of a noise. via
