Built by Benetti, designed by Stefano Righini, and featuring stunning interiors by Alfred Karram Jr., the Iron Man luxury yacht pays tribute to its namesake Marvel character. It is a 38.1 meter (125 foot) semi-body, three-deck vessel, boasting a modern design, top-notch finishes, and state-of-the-art technologies.
The owner had a pretty clear vision as to what the yacht should look like, as well as a few specific requirements regarding its amenities. Some of these include an external steering position, a top-notch health and fitness center, and a fully-equipped country kitchen.
There are four guest cabins on the yacht: two VIP ones and two more with twin bunks. All guests are pampered with plush features, comfortable beds, and en-suite bathrooms. None of them, however, compare with the superb full-beam master suite on the main deck.
The owner’s quarters include a generous bedroom, a small salon, his and hers bathrooms, a granite and mosaic shower, and a nice work area. There is also enough room onboard to comfortably accommodate a crew of seven.
Despite its name suggesting a rather childish and cartoon-inspired interior design, the yacht is actually very classy and sophisticated. Sleek surfaces, straight contemporary lines, and minimalist furnishings evoke the lavish lifestyle of comic book genius and hero Tony Stark. Predominantly monochrome and highly elegant, every area seems to be picked out from a high-class home design catalog.
