Built in 2013 by Esquadra|Yi, this lovely contemporary home sits on a 7,534-square-foot site in Brasilia, Brazil. It is called Casa MCO and it was built to take full advantage of the available plot, while also keeping a good alignment with the sun.
The clients wanted a home that would be surrounded by green spaces and would ensure easy communication with the outdoors along the entire length of the house, as opposed to having a typical backyard accessed from an open living area.
The private rooms are located on the upper floor, while the service and social areas were kept on ground level. There is also a semi-buried level which holds the garage, and whose roof acts like an inviting terrace that leads to the outdoor pool.
