Touted as “the most affordable E-surfboard without compromising performance,” the Blea Shark is considerably cheaper than its competitors but its tech specs are better in almost every feature.

Available in a Performance and a Sport version, the electric boards are made of reinforced polymer and have a total weight (including battery) of 66 lb and 60 lb respectively. Their swappable batteries are good for 40 to 70 minutes of surfing, and recharging time takes 1.5 to 2 hours.

Depending on the model, the top speed is either 20 mph or 30 mph, controlled by a handheld throttle, while a wrist-attached kill switch stops the board in case riders fall off.
