Orioner loves to shrink pocket knives into finger-sized utility wonders. The S1 EDC knife is no larger than your pinky finger, at 2.48″ long. Its successor, the S2, is even smaller at just 1.57″ long. Orioner also released the “world’s tiniest EDC knife,” the Z6, at just 1.5″ long. These knives may be tiny, but they pack high-end blades in a durable construction.

The outdoor gear brand’s latest release, the S2, easily hides in your pocket with its exoskeleton design that weighs just 10.5g. Yet, it doesn’t compromise on quality and function. It’s CNC-machined from a solid block of GR5 titanium for lightweight strength and excellent corrosion resistance.

Moreover, forged carbon fiber inlays enhance its durability and add aesthetic appeal. Speaking of visual beauty, the S2 features a robust and sharp blade made from beautiful Damascus steel. It slides in and out for use or storage with a press-and-slide motion. The blade features a unique hook design inspired by the hawk’s talons.

Orioner calls it the “claw-like Hawkbill (Hook) Geometry,” which proves useful when working with tight spaces. It traps, bites, and drags material into the core cutting zone. It provides effortless leverage with minimal hand pressure during pulling motions. The hook design also glides easily through packing tape and locks with zero slip onto thick cardboard, zip ties, and heavy ropes.

An intuitive push-button lock in the spine of the central slide screw provides an iron-clad lockup of the blade during storage. When unlocked, it provides effortless one-handed blade deployment. S2 comes with an optional magnetic quick-release dock for modular, quick-draw carry.
