The latest addition to the Chapter Knife Collection from The James Brand is a design collaboration with another Oregon resident, ski and sports brand Salomon. Both companies loving good design as much as outdoor adventure, the idea was to help snowboarders be prepared. To accompany the new year’s models of the Super 8 Snowboard created by Salomon team veterans Josh Dirksen and Wolfgang Nyvelt, James Brand provided a limited edition Chapter folding knife with custom artwork and co-branding laser-etched into the handles that match the Super 8.
The Chapter x Salomon Orange + Titanium Knife features a 2.33″ drop-point, D2 steel blade with a hand-rubbed satin finish. The handle scales are a vivid orange made of anodized aluminum and 6AL 4V titanium. It is a right-hand knife with a removable clip, black-oxide coated hardware, and phosphor bronze washers.
This is a tough and versatile blade, so no matter how far off the beaten path you go, you will have a tool you can depend on.
