The Nagasaki Knives ($115 ea.) are an international blend of Japanese steel, German manufacturing skill, and American kitchen knife designs. All five blades included in the collection have a core of Japanese VG-10 steel and 67 more layers beaten Damascus style. They’ve all been treated with cryogenic nitrogen for durable sharpness and been sharpened using Solinger Dünnschliff. Each knife also comes with a Micarta handle in either black or brown.
