Custom boat builder Cigarette Racing, has recently unveiled what they proudly call their “most powerful ‘open performance’ boat ever produced” , a super-fast 2,200 hp harpoon dubbed the 41’ SD GT3 ($Inquire).
Built in collaboration with long-term partner Mercedes-Benz, the powerboat is inspired by the AMG GT3 racecar, featuring a design and fittings that reflect the dynamic characteristics of the German track vehicle. The 41 ft (12.5m), 22,500 lb (10,200 kg) vessel displays AMG racing livery, a handcrafted interior & exterior, a complete teak wood floor and a full extreme marine grade leather interior. A couple of 1,100 hp Mercury Racing engines provide the muscle – enough to top over 100 mph – while the modern tech inside the cockpit (three HD 17″ displays, Bluetooth, computerized controls, and next-gen navigation & audio) is there to make sailing a breeze.
