Perhaps this watch is not in most people’s taste, but all the meticulous handwork and sense for detail, which is used to create it, it just demands respect. The Roger Dubuis Excalibur Automatic Limited Edition Watch ($TBA) is a piece of impressive craftsmanship.
A follow up of a similar model released in 2013, this new timepiece is equipped with 12 individually designed knights of the round table, each of which is crafted in bronze with swords placed on the table. Inside the watch is a Roger Dubuis self-winding movement (stamped with the prestigious Hallmark of Geneva), the case is a 45 mm made of white gold, while the strap is a hand-stitched black genuine alligator leather. You probably need to be as rich as King Arthur to get your hands on one of the 28 pieces available, but then you can also be sure that you are the only knight in town with such a work of art on your wrist.
