No brand captures the essence of speed quite like Ducati; the Italian motorcycle brand speaks to those who love going fast even more than its firebrand compatriots Ferrari and Lamborghini.Improving a Ducati is a tall task, but owner Alonzo Bodden has managed to make is 1098 better in every way, whether it is aesthetically, dynamically, or in performance. This custom Ducati 1098 came about by chance; Bodden crashed is original 1098 and decided to rebuild it as something entirely individual.
Alonzo sent his damaged 1098 to custom specialist Nick Anglada of Florida-based Anglada Originals. Nick set about completely overhauling the 1098 into the fine specimen you see here, a completely new motorcycle with that distinct Italian flare that Ducati is famed for. The key was keeping the essence of the brand but improving upon it and Anglada picked only the very best high-performance components.
The top-shelf quality list includes, an exhaust system and carbon fiber monocoque subframe from Double Dog Moto, a Yamaha MT-03-style headlight from German tuners LSL, while he also added a clear-coated Ducati Performance aluminum fuel tank.
