The 2022 Monterey Car Week is wrapping up this week. Those who traveled far to enjoy the shows and participate in the various auctions will soon head back home. For the attendees who prefer more than just cars and motorcycles, The Agency might have something for you. This is a mansion called “The Edge.”
The modern dwelling listed by the luxury real estate brokerage is located at 1691 Crespi Lane. It affords residents breathtaking vistas of the Pacific Ocean and so much more. The Edge stands on a 2.12-acre property and spans 10,418 square feet.
Its construction was recently completed this year and its contemporary blueprint was penned by Sterling Huddleson Architecture. This six-bedroom with six-bathroom abode is situated just above the scenic 17 Mile Drive. It also overlooks the Pebble Beach golf links.

There’s also a huge social space with 16-foot ceilings and a full bar for entertainment and more. European sliding doors lead out to a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The Edge urges you to spend chilly nights here in the warmth of a fire pit for that cozy experience under the stars.
The main level of The Edge also holds the primary suite, an office, and a massage/exercise room. These boast views of the beach and surrounding landscape. Meanwhile, the lower level is where you’ll find more guest suites, a kitchenette, a media room, and a wine tasting room that can hold more than 3,500 bottles.
