The first generation Audi R8 V10 has received various upgrades from different aftermarket specialists, but this one is definitely one of the more elaborate we’ve seen. Called Recon MC8, it is the work of London-based Potter & Rich, and it is stunning.
Probably the feature that stands out the most – quite literally so – is the massive rear wing, which is part of the extensive carbon fiber body kit. Also impressive in size are the new MB Design alloys, measuring 21 inches at the rear, and 20 inches at the front. You could also opt for the more understated 18-inch BBS rims, but why not keep it bold all the way?
Powering the new ride is a modified 5.4-liter V10 unit, with extra oomph from its new high-performance pistons and supercharger. The engine can now put out 950 PS and 900 Nm of torque, and all that power is kept in check by a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
