Motorola is gearing up for a fresh and flashy flagship smartphone to close out 2026. So far, the brand is rocking an awesome lineup of foldables and slates covering all budget ranges. Nonetheless, nobody would have guessed that another premium device was about to hit the market. After a small teaser earlier this month, we have more details about the Signature 27.
We can’t say for certain if the Lenovo subsidiary intends to shake up its entire catalog. However, it seems there is an effort to push for more high-end offerings this time around. The Razr flip-style and book-style models are too lucrative to sunset anytime soon, yet its candybar roster can benefit from a fresh face.
The upcoming Signature 27 is facing formidable competition, which is why Motorola is arming it appropriately as well. This bad boy ships with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6. To keep the hardware in optimal operating condition, the handset leverages ArcticMesh (3D vapor chamber cooling, liquid metal, and a proprietary diamond-infused thermal gel.
Elsewhere, the highest RAM and ROM configuration is listed as 16 GB and 1 TB, respectively. Its construction uses aerospace-grade aluminum for the frame, while the rear glass-ceramic cover flaunts a “Tactical Weave” texture. Meanwhile, the primary imaging module houses a 50 MP Sony LYTIA 910 main, a 200 MP periscope telephoto, and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle.
Selfies, on the other hand, are handled by a 50 MP wide-angle unit. The forward-facing shooter sits at the top-middle area of a 6.8″ LTPO AMOLED screen with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Motorola is likewise partnering with Bang & Olufsen for an immersive acoustic experience. Finally, powering the Signature 27 is a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging and wireless charging.
