The staggering number of pieces in a LEGO kit is hardly seen as a drawback. In fact, sets such as these are highly sought-after by collectors. Once completed, most automatically take up the best spots in a display cabinet, on a bookshelf, or atop a desk. Get ready to burn through your savings as the Executor Super Star Destroyer arrives just in time for the holidays.
What we love about the Danish toymaker is its consistent and timely releases of various SKUs under its lucrative licensing deal with the Star Wars franchise. A bit of research reveals that this is a major upgrade over the original, which made its debut in 2011. The latter was a far cry from the Ultimate Collector Series version available right now.
Back then, product ID: 10221 was only made up of 3,152 pieces — barely a challenge for a seasoned LEGO enthusiast. Fast-forward to 2026, and the Executor Super Star Destroyer (product ID: 75457) now requires a bit more of your time at a whopping 6,130 pieces. Plus, we’re also getting more Minifigures to sweeten the deal.
Accompanying Darth Vader are the six bounty hunters who appeared in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. The gang includes 4-LOM, Dengar, Zuckuss, Bossk, IG-88, and fan-favorite Boba Fett. A buildable diorama further adds to the fun, alongside a small-scale replica of an Imperial Star Destroyer and a display plaque.
Fully assembled, the Executor Super Star Destroyer measures 7.5″ x 53.5″ x 20″ and looks fantastic atop the display base. We can’t stress enough just how cool it would be to have this massive bad boy as the centerpiece of your mancave or office.
