Sony’s gaming division continues to court controversy as gamers voice concerns about the future of the PlayStation brand. Hardware price increases, the eventual death of physical media, and games that tank shortly after launch. Although Microsoft is also knee-deep in problems, 8BitDo has something awesome that might cheer up gamers who play on the Series X/S or PC. Take a look at the Ultimate 3 Wireless Controller for XBOX Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition.
If you’re a huge fan of Lara Croft and her crazy exploits, a new game is due to drop early next year. Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis is reportedly launching for all current-generation systems on February 12, 2027. We believe it’s reason enough to grab a new gamepad that commemorates three decades of action-packed adventures.
The package also includes a matching charging dock to keep the batteries topped up and ready for action. Speaking of the franchise’s protagonist, she “has become an enduring icon of exploration, courage, and adventure. Across generations, Lara’s journey has evolved, but the spirit of discovery remains unchanged—the thrill of uncovering what was lost and venturing into the unknown.”
The Ultimate 3 Wireless Controller for XBOX Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition arrives in a yellow shell with decorative graphics in brown. The zinc alloy D-pad flaunts a coat of gold, accompanied by two offset TMR joysticks with adjustable tension. Elsewhere, hall-effect triggers with two-stop adjustments sit just behind the shoulder bumpers.
8BitDo also incorporates back buttons on the grip and an extra set of bumper buttons at the top. Your Ultimate 3 Wireless Controller for XBOX Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition supports 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth. 8BitDo also acknowledges that it is compatible with Android and Apple devices.
