This all-stainless-steel pen brings fidget-friendly goodness into your hands with each press. It doesn’t feature the typical click-to-retract routine of most bolt-action pens. Instead, its mechanical Telegraph Key–style lever makes those clicks addictively engaging.
Genna Pen SL01 features a classic ballpoint-style push mechanism at the top. It extends the pen refill with a crisp, satisfying click at a quick press. Meanwhile, the Telegraph Key–style button on the frame retracts the refill. A light press retracts the refill instantly into the body with a smooth and powerful mechanical response. You can still press the Telegraph Key-style button even without extending the refill.
Moreover, this pen highlights Nakayama’s signature steampunk design. It features exposed screws, stacked metal layers, and hardware that transports you back to the 19th century. He usually makes handmade pieces in tiny batches, making them rare collector’s items.
