Max Hazan from Hazan Motorworks never stops to amaze the custom bike world with his impressive builds! His latest masterwork is a Supercharged KTM that, while not street legal,” it goes and stops and puts a smile on my face,” Max says. There’s nothing else you need, really.
Started with the idea to make a light, cheap and fast vehicle, like the first motorized bicycles, this skinny 2-wheeler is powered by a tough-as-nails KTM RFS [Racing Four Stroke] engine. An AMR350 supercharger adds extra muscle via an aluminum hand-made blower, while a single Keihin FCR41 carb helps the engine crank a hellishly-loud 85-hp, which is a heck of a lot for a 245 lbs (111 kg) bike. The electronics are basic, tucked under the engine next to a small lithium battery.
The lean, minimal frame is the strongest one Hazan has built yet–crafted from 1.25-inch chromoly tubing. A neck milled from a solid block, custom forks & front suspension, an unusual rear hub setup, and a stunning aluminum tank (hand-fashioned, of course), complete this fantastic machine which is clad in ‘Black Nickel’ for extra oomph.Learn More From Hazan Motorworks
