Despite the prevalence of digital everything in our society, Californian pen maker Blank Forces realizes that the need for a good ink pen still manifests daily. To fill this oft-forgotten need, the small company has created several models of a highly elegant Titanium EDC Ink Pen ($47), including one that attaches to your keyring, so you can always have a stylus handy.
Unlike previous models, all done in stainless steel and brass, the new writing tools feature a rugged and ultra-light titanium barrel accented with red bronze. They come in two sizes (one is only 3.2″ long, designed to be carried with your keys, while the other is 4″ long and will fit a jeans pocket) and in multiple finishes. Besides the plain, unadorned model, they come in a hand-fired ‘Blue Flame’ coloration, etched artistic patterns, and even one with both a standard and metric ruler engraved into the shaft.
