It’s not typical for Adidas to come out with sneakers that take on popular culture, especially if it’s television. So it’s a delight whenever it does play that game from time to time. And the latest example of that is a line of sneakers inspired by Game of Thrones, perhaps the biggest show on TV right now. A few months ago, the company gave us the first look at its upcoming Game of Thrones lineup, and now it’s back with the Adidas House Targaryen UltraBOOST sneakers.

The design boasts an upper of all-white primeknit that’s complemented by all-white side panels and outsoles. There’s a striking metallic silver three-stripe detailing on the side, which add a nice contrast to the overall neutral look. If you’re a Game of Thrones nerd, you’ll love the “Fire and Blood” text with insoles featuring an emblazoned Game of Thrones logo.

If you don’t consider yourself much of a Game of Thrones fan, these kicks are fire regardless. Just look at that clean and simple silhouette and textured sole. Seems it was made from dragon skin, almost. Game of Thrones fan or not, the design is very notable. Moreover, it’s one of the more understated looks Adidas has come out with recently. Needless to say they should go great with practically any streetwear combo.

Adidas has yet to provide release information at the time of writing. However, you can check out the images below to get a closer look at the new Adidas House Targaryen UltraBOOST sneakers. Make sure to check back with Men’s Gear as we learn more.
