How can you tell if someone is an automotive enthusiast? The most obvious clues include a sizeable collection of vehicles, one or two car restoration projects, scale models, driving simulator rigs, and motorsports memorabilia. Moreover, their love for motoring goes beyond the usual, as we can see here with the P01 Classic sofa.
This luxurious single-seater is perfect for a man cave, living room, or maybe a recreational space in the household. Arkadia-Life understands what its target market wants and is more than happy to oblige. They’re getting a showroom-type experience, as the manufacturer offers a range of customization options.
There are nine striking paint jobs available. These are GT Silver, Miami Blue, Panther Black, Gold Bronze, Absolut Rot, Cassis Rot, Jet Green, Speed Yellow, and Crayon. Likewise, the leather upholstery can ship in a variety of hues. Choose from Classic Brown, Polar White, Midnight Blue, Hot Orange, Vintage Black, Elephant Gray, Deep Black, Midnight Blue, and Glamorous Red.
From a design standpoint, this armchair draws inspiration from the iconic 1960s Porsche 911. Let’s start with the main body of the P01 Classic. It’s rocking curved fenders, a chrome bumper, round headlights, amber turn signals, and dual-exhaust tips. The rear decklid pops open to provide access to a wine chiller, refrigerator, and minibar accessories.
Not only does it function as a fancy piece of furniture, but doubles as a premium sound system. Incorporated into the frame are 13 speakers, a subwoofer, and a professional-grade amplifier, all supplied by SENSONUM — a renowned British automotive audio company.
Finally, owners can connect to their P01 Classic via Bluetooth and tweak the equalizer via the companion app. Other cool features include wireless charging, ambient lighting, a cup holder, and extra storage.
