Cooking always presents a problem when camping, picnicking, or on any overlanding or outdoor adventure. You can’t really bring an entire kitchen setup since it wouldn’t be portable and practical. But Heecher shrugs off this common concern with its all-in-one modular design. It packs all your cooking essentials into an outdoor kitchen box.

It’s essentially a large aluminum case with carry handles on both sides. It folds into a portable size of 28.74″ x 16.38″ x 15.16″ and weighs 12.5 kg (27.6 lb). It’s not exactly lightweight, but if you have a wagon trolley, then you can wheel it to the base camp. It features a 50L main compartment secured with a rotating lock handle.

Incredibly, Heecher opens to reveal several cooking and prep spaces that unfold and expand from the case. It opens to a three-level setup: main compartment at the bottom, a middle shelf for other essentials, and the top for cooking/food prep. The top can host a dual-zone electric burner with independent rotary controls.

This way, you can boil or simmer on one side, and sauté on the other. The induction cooktop needs to connect to a generator, portable power station, or any electric source that provides 220V power. You can also swap one electric cooktop for a butane stove, with a burner module sold separately.

The top section of Heecher also has front and back extension panels to hold plates and seasonings, and provide extra space for food prep. Each panel supports up to 20 kg (44 lb). The top section is height-adjustable between 14.3″ and 49.3″. The lower level also has two expansion rods that can be set at different angles. They provide a place to hang pots, towels, cups, and more. Unfortunately, the electric burner isn’t included in the base configuration, but is an add-on you can purchase.
