IKEA’s Örnvråk is a 3-in-1 clock that does more than show the time. This minimalist. tiny gadget also measures temperature and humidity, making it a useful addition to any household.
That’s three readings in a compact design that blends seamlessly into any setup. It takes up minimal countertop space, making it ideal for small surface areas, like a nightstand, work desk, or coffee table. It’s also IP44-rated water-resistant, making it safe for use in the kitchen or bathroom.
Moreover, Örnvråk features a multi-purpose handle that you can use to hang the device on the wall. The handle also flips downward, easily doubling as a stand. It hides in the back for when you want to hang or stick the clock to a wall. It has strong neodymium magnets to stick to metal surfaces and a built-in hook.
This 3-in-1 clock is made with 50% recycled ABS plastic and has an acrylic plastic front protection. It runs on AAA batteries and has control buttons on the back for the clock and other settings. You can select the time format between a 12-or 24-hour display.
Örnvråk simultaneously displays the time, temperature, and humidity. It removes the need for cumbersome button presses to switch between information. The large numbers in the middle show the time even from afar, while the temperature and humidity levels appear above and below the time, respectively.
Designed by Su Liu, this nifty device goes wherever you go. It is remarkably lightweight too, at just over 100g. Its release comes after the launch of IKEA’s Matter-compatible Timmerflotte, which shows the same information as the Örnvråk, minus the smart features.
