Audiophiles may have strong opinions about brands like Beats by Dre, but it has stood the test of time. Moreover, it’s now operating under Apple’s banner and is doing a stellar job marketing its products. Its iconic hardware lineup still accounts for most of its sales, but a regular pace of fresh additions like the Beats 360 ships with welcome innovations.

Right off the bat, this SKU introduces a feature that makes it an appealing option for people who maintain an active lifestyle. Although true wireless stereo earbuds are the ideal choice for most types of workouts, some prefer the acoustic nuances and comfort of over-ear headphones. These definitely fit the bill and also include a nifty bonus

“Beats 360 is our first headphone with interchangeable ear and headband cushions. It comes with color-matched Performance Knit cushions, and extra Cushion Kits are available in multiple colors and materials. So you can have a fresh set handy post-workout or just to switch up your look,” reads the product overview.

The pair of cans is IPX4-rated to withstand exposure to moisture. Adjustable telescoping stainless steel arms provide a snug fit. Meanwhile, rotating earcups allow it to lay flat around your neck or on any surface. Beats by Dre also encourages users to freely express their style. There are four base colors: Black, Cloud, Sky, and Pink.

Each unit ships with a Performance Knit kit as standard, but the Volt and Navy hues are available as add-ons instead. The UltraPlush cushions set, on the other hand, is sold separately. Every Beats 360 supports Transparency mode, active noise cancellation, Adaptive EQ, and Spatial audio with dynamic head tracking. A full charge lasts up to 32 hours.
