Forget overnight steeping and using pre-ground coffee beans when making cold brew when you can do so in just five minutes with the Ecoldbrew. Winner of the Best Kitchen Technology at CES 2026, it’s a personal and portable cold brew maker designed for adventure and travel.
Its engineering team, comprising of veterans from Xiaomi, Philips, and De’Longhi, called it the “world’s smallest fully automatic coffee machine.” To be precise, it’s the “world’s first personal automatic cold brew machine.” Designed like a thermos or tumbler lid and fits Stanley 40 oz Tumblers, it’s a handy kitchen device with a built-in coffee grinder and steeper.
The Ecoldbrew burr grinder, along with patented centrifugal extraction technology, work together to deliver the same rich, smooth taste of a 12-hour cold brew in merely five minutes.
Using it is also fast and easy. It features an adjustable grind dial so you can choose your preferred grind size and has a flip-up bean compartment for 25g of coffee beans. It only needs 12 oz of clean drinking water and at a touch of a button, the display shows the brewing progress.
The Ecoldbrew also offers customization. You can adjust extraction time and spin speed to fine-tune your brew, whether you want a bold, intense concentrate or a lighter, smoother profile. Moreover, a companion app automatically logs each brew into extraction curves and flavor profiles by bean and taste.
The Ecoldbrew also comes with its own insulated thermos with a built-in straw for sip-and-go action. It produces 12 ounces of cold brew at a single battery charge. Conveniently, this device self cleans. Its built-in water circulation system flushes out residue automatically. Its magnetic brewing chamber also easily snaps off for quick rinsing of the grinds.
