Supercars often evoke the names of renowned brands such as Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and others. However, Milan Automotive steals the spotlight with the MILAN RED. This remarkable product of racing passion and precise German engineering is positioned to impress anyone who loves the concept of speed. Like us, it’s easy to presume that the name was inspired by the Italian city. However, the company reveals that it was actually an homage to the red kite, a bird of prey.
Hunters by nature, these creatures are recognized for their swift and agile movements. The 1,325 horsepower HOT V-configuration 6.2-liter quad-turbo V8 engine allows the MILAN RED to sprint from 0 to 62 mph precisely within 2.47 seconds.
Its construction is deeply rooted with Formula One technology, so much so that most of its components use lightweight materials to keep the entire thing on the lighter side. In fact, the supercar just clocks in at 2,866 pounds. Its chassis is a perfect mix of a carbon fiber monocoque along with integrated CFRP crash structures all around. Exceptional stopping power is provided by Brembo CCM-R brake systems. Only 99 units will see production and each one will cost close to $2.3 million.
