Xiaomi Mi Mix 2

Xiaomi started the trend toward bezel-less smartphones with their Mi Mix last year. Now with greater competition than ever, the release of the new Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 shows they are still a trend-setting smartphone design.

The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is a bit smaller and easier to handle than its predecessor but with its rounded corners and sides still provides a full 5.99″, 1080 x 2160 pixel HD+ LCD screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The case has an aluminum frame and ceramic backing. To keep it so slim the 5 MP front-facing camera has been placed in the bottom right corner. The phone’s speaker has been moved to a more efficient spot and the headphone jack has been eliminated in favor of standard earbuds.

The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 comes with a non-removable 3,400 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support and Snapdragon 835 processor with 6GB of RAM and three storage options of either 64, 128, or 256GBs. While not sold in the USA, it still features 43 network bands as well as LTE if you are in the States.
