It is no surprise that the Swiss love their watches, and when this passion is blended with bicycles innovation is not far behind. The MOSKITO Smart Watch & Bike Speedometer ($530) is firstly an analog smartwatch. Its case is stainless steel and aircraft-grade aluminum, and is powered by a quartz movement and a lithium-ion battery that uses any convenient USB port to recharge. But there’s more …
The MOSKITO also uses Bluetooth 4.0 technology to connect the second feature, an advanced bicycle analogue tachometer. The watch slips out of its frame and can be inserted into a mount on your bike where it can serve as a speedometer, odometer, and more. Collected data on your ride can then be uploaded through a Strava or Garmin Connect. Available in a Black anodized model with Nato strap, or in a Classic version with leather strap, the MOSKITO is also stylish enough to be shown off. Details in the video
