Stelios Mousarris is a young Cypriot designer who makes weird but cool-looking furniture. He is the creator of the unusual and fascinating Wave City Coffee Table($5,440).
Inspired by the tripping scenes from the 2010 science fiction heist thriller Inception (starring Leo DiCaprio), the table represents a modern city that bends over itself. It’s constructed of wood & steel, and it features a bunch of detailed buildings which were shaped with the help of a 3D printer. Without a doubt, this limited edition piece would be a great conversation starter (over a cup of medicated hot chocolate…)
