Located next to a golf course in Costa Esmeralda, Argentina, the Golf House ($NA) is a sizable 2950 sq ft dwelling, perched atop a hill to provide privacy and extended views of the surrounding green landscape.
The house was built by Luciano Kruk Architects, as a getaway home for a client who wanted something that required little maintenance. So, he got a geometric structure with three floors, defined by three pure concrete boxes with large glass windows (or should we say glass walls?). The bottom space contains two guest bedrooms and baths, the middle level holds the kitchen, dining, and living areas, while the top floor accommodates the master suite which enjoys views of both ends of the property. Sounds pretty straightforward. via
