Built to do one thing: Drive incredibly fast! The 1932 Ford Double Down Hotrod ($Auction) is a mean all-wheel drive roadster designed to take on many types of racing venues, like auto-cross, ice racing, Bonneville and more. It also happens to look awesome.
Hand-built by renowned fabricator Fuller Hot Rod, this vehicle has 95% of its custom parts coming from the racing world or they’re special creations. These include a differential sticking out of the grille shell, a big-cast Winter’s quick-change in the front, a mammoth Jon Kaase Boss 9 engine producing up to 825 hp, a G-Force 5-speed transmission, and a custom made Indy-style pushrod suspension. Combining an aircraft-quality construction with excellent power-to-weight ratio, the Double Down is claimed to boast a mind-blowing acceleration from 0 to 60 (and you better believe it)! If you’d like to own this handsome monster, keep your eyes on the auction, on 1/23/2016. Details in the video
