Live, work, relax and socialize with like-minded people – all while getting wired into the beautiful heart of Amsterdam! Zoku (Japanese for family/tribe/clan) helps accommodate global traveling, living and working for the modern professional. These aren’t just miniature houses – they’re flexible home/office hybrids, also suitable for extended stays (albeit cramped, but perhaps you like a cozy spot), with the accommodations of a hotel and the social connectivity of a thriving neighborhood.
Zoku lofts are 24m2 (258 sq. ft) micro apartments – designed to be a living/working hybrid for those seeking temporary residence (usually between five days and several months). The primary aim is to do away with cold (sometimes downright disgusting) hotel rooms. A king size bed, spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen, commonly used home/office supplies, a retractable staircase and hide-away storage areas also come stock!
Located in the eastern Canal District (on arterial Weesperstraat), the Zoku building is easily accessible by car, bicycle and public transport. These chic, hip little pads scream style, intelligence, and convenience – with quick connections to the city’s main business, cultural, entertainment and shopping areas. The first Zoku Lofts ($TBA) are planned to open in Amsterdam in August 2015 (with more locations planned). Details in the video
