Four inches longer that the original Bay origami kayak (successfully launched in 2012), this new version measures 16 feet and it’s made for rough waters and multi-day trips, promising great speed, tracking, and stability. The Coast boasts a rugged 2 layer polypropylene construction, weighs in at just 31 pounds, and takes around 10 minutes to setup. It also features adjustable footrests and a large rear bulkhead for storage, with plenty of space for your gear (400 lbs max. weight capacity). Inside the Oru Kayak box you can fit all the loose components, plus a paddle, a personal flotation device, and other accessories you might need in your expedition.
