IOS 7

Apple released its latest mobile operating system, iOS 7 at the company’s WWDC event yesterday and the OS will likely change the game for those who use iPhones and iPads. It is better to think of iOS 7 as an entirely new operating system instead of a new version, such are the considerable changes in evidence here. Apple has completely changed the package, and aesthetically iOS 7 is much flatter and sports more tiled interfaces.
The addition of a control panel brings all key settings under one slick looking command center, where you will find media controls and links to important apps and connection settings. Aside from these changes in design, all iOS services we have become used to, such as Siri, have been given major updates and come with plenty of new tools.

iOS 7 will be available in the autumn as a free update.
