Don’t let the name worry you, this Jerky does not taste like a Texan cowboy, it is instead a flavor some beef jerky that relies on classic Texas cooking traditions to deliver a taste that is exquisite and has a slight spicy kick. The Side Project guys get that juicy flavor by using Rival Bros Whistle & Cuss double-brewed espresso blends and for the slight heat they added some guajillo chillies.
