Designer Patrick Lehoux brought us the Kinkajou bottle cutter, a new glass cutter that was stylish and small. The Kinkajou was great for creating cool glasses from bottles, or in my case for creating interesting kitchen decorations from old beer bottles. Lehoux has returned with his Jabiru Bottle Top Stems.
The Jabiru BottleTop Stems ($TBA) are colourful little stems that work in conjunction with the Kinkajou bottle cutter. Simply cut the top off the bottle of your choice, place the Jabiru into the bottle stem, and viola, you have a nice new glass with its own stand and stem. The Jabiru fits into 90 to 95 per cent of all bottles, so get your artistic self into gear and create some interesting new glasses.
