As apartments buildings go, this is probably one of the more radical ones out there, a design architectural homage to Jenga perhaps. The origins of the Front to Back House are unique, as this is actually two homes fused together, but designed separately. Two architects each designed a house and then worked together to fuse the two differing looks into one building.
Not without its challenges, the process of building the Front to Back House focused on delivering a good, modern, affordable living space on a very narrow plot of land. The architects succeeded, and while we know the design will not be to everyone´s taste, we find it strangely engaging. via
