Russell Hobbs adds the Calm Connected Kettle to its Calm range. It’s essentially an upgraded version of the existing Calm Kettle, now with remote access and more illumination color options.
You can now switch the kitchen device on, adjust the water temperature, adjust the lights, or play music via the brand’s innovative companion mobile app connected over WiFi. You can also connect it to a smart speaker to enable voice commands. This level of convenience lets you control the appliance from anywhere in the house without lifting a finger.
Moreover, the Calm Connected Kettle expands the illumination feature from the original to 12 soft colors and nine pre-set lighting scenes. These include Forest, Fireside, Ocean, and Snowflake, so you can set the ideal mood with music playback coming from the kettle’s built-in speakers.
Its Bluetooth connection lets you play music, podcasts, meditations, or stream from radio stations using your own device. It comes with five tracks composed specifically for the Calm Collection. This kettle lets you adjust the temperature from 40-100C to adapt to different drinks, including milk, tea, and coffee.
The Calm Connected Kettle also has an optional Keep Warm function. It operates quietly in the background thanks to its Quiet Boil technology. The boiling or bubbling in the kettle can not disturb those sleeping soundly. This way, you can calmly prepare a warm or hot drink in the wee morning hours.
