Oculus has just unveiled their first stand-alone mobile VR headset. The accessible Oculus Go is a wireless device that doesn’t need to connect to a computer, gaming console, or your smartphone to offer an immersive virtual reality experience.

The new headset allows you to download and configure more than 1,000 apps, games & experiences via the Oculus Store. It has a built-in Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB of storage, and a battery that last up to 2.5 hours/charge.

The Go boasts integrated spatial audio drivers (a 3.5mm jack is also provided for use with your favorite headphones), a microphone, and a 538ppi 2560 x 1440 WQHD fast-switch LCD display providing a wide field of view with crystal-clear optics and optimized 3D graphics.

Weighing in at a light 468 grams (16.5 oz), the headset is fitted with soft, adjustable straps, breathable fabrics and foam molding for a comfy wear.
