Fish tanks have been around for a long time, and they come in different shapes and sizes. Some feature innovative smart systems, but are limited to large-scale residential or commercial applications. Dreame makes the latter possible in a compact footprint designed for modern living spaces with the LumaTempo TFO10 aquarium.
Dreame debuted the smart aquarium at IFA 2026, where it bagged three recognitions. It received “The Verge – Best Tech and Gadgets Announced at IFA 2026” Announcement, “The Shortcut – Best of IFA 2026” recognition, and “Gizmodo- Best Pet Tech.” It’s an 8L desktop aquarium made of durable, high-transparency ultra-white glass for distortion-free viewing.
The LumaTempo TF010 ensures you never miss daily feedings and aquarium cleaning with its combined automated feeding and multi-layer filtration systems. It also offers remote controls and online features using Dreame’s companion app. The app lets you schedule up to 15 feedings daily (according to Dreame’s lab testing findings). A pump-pause function suspends water circulation during feeding to prevent food from entering the filters.
Speaking of filters, this smart aquarium features a dual-pump engine that enables continuous water circulation through a 7-layer filtration system. The filter ensures water remains pristine and healthy for fish to thrive in. Additionally, it offers lighting customization, including color and brightness, with 20 preset modes for dynamic or multi-scene ambient lighting. It includes color-enhancing spectra, natural circadian rhythms, and dynamic visual effects.
Moreover, the LumaTempo TF010 provides real-time environment monitoring via integrated sensors that monitor water temperature and provide app notifications when the temperature falls outside the configured thresholds. The app also sends reminders for water changes, feeding status, and filter replacements.
