Electric cars are becoming increasingly popular with the environmentally conscious, which these days means just about everyone. Don’t get us wrong; we want to save Mother Nature as much as the next person, but apart from the odd exception, electric cars leave us a little underwhelmed. Typically slow, cumbersome, and ugly, electric cars may be morally good but on the whole they are void of character.
When we first heard about the Mission RS Motorcycle we were a little worried. This is an electric motorbike, which got us thinking of performance well short of what we want from a motorbike. Luckily our worries were unfounded as the Mission RS Motorcycle actually turned out to be a superbike in every sense of the word.
Forget about compromising performance and/or looks because the Mission RS Motorcycle has gone all out and is one of the best looking superbikes currently on the market, while it is also very fast. The folks at Mission Motorcycles have used an InfiniteDrive powertrain and coupled it with a 160 horsepower fuel motor, and the result is the Mission RS Motorcycle pushing to 60mph in just 3 seconds and hitting a top speed of over 190mph.
