You don’t have to sacrifice a sumptuous meal when camping, hiking, trekking, or out on any adventure. With the right cooking gear, like Eck Design’s FlameMage stove, you can cook mains, sides, and more. This flat-pack stove grills, sears, fries, boils, and more with its versatile design.
It folds flat for storage and sets up quickly for cooking, offering a reliable, sturdy base for pots and pans with its lightweight yet strong titanium construction. Its modular design integrates a layering system for heat control. You can adjust how high or low the food touches the flame.
FlameMage features an adjustable four-level heat management mechanism without using finicky or cumbersome valves. Instead, you can manually move the fuel source tray inside the titanium chassis. The tray slides into marked indentations in the chassis. Think of it like an electric oven where you can adjust the baking sheet’s height inside.
The system includes interlocking grill and sear panels made from 1.5-mm (0.06-in) pure titanium that you can swap or omit depending on your cooking needs. You can use the panels as cooking plates, cook directly over a flame, or use pots and pans.
FlameMage offers simultaneous dual-level cooking using two separate tiers: boil on top of the main fuel source and grill underneath the internal tray. It also supports various fuel sources. It works with firewood, twigs, bark, leaves, paper, gas or alcohol burners, solid fuel tablets, and more. I
FlameMage is available in Mini (374g) and Plus (620g) sizes: the former stands about 4.5″ and the latter at 6.1″ tall. Both fold flat into a compact, thin design for portable carry.
