Anonymous Architects have turned the house upside down and delivered a stunning contemporary property that maximizes limited space, and offers innovation in design. The company decided to put the parking lot at street level and the living space below, running down a sloping hill overlooking Los Angeles. That slope made space limited, but the team did a great job designing a home that has plenty of airy rooms, while we particularly like the square design, grey tones, and abandoned look of the exterior.
The stark white interiors with wood floor accents is the perfect accompaniment to that cold and clean outside surface, and the luxurious living space is small without ever getting close to being cramped. The roof patio space is perfect for stunning views across the cityscape, while a small runway parking area connects that house to the main road.
