The latest display of fine craftsmanship to roll out of ARKONIK’s garage is a trail-ready Land Rover Defender 110, dubbed the KOOP. Commisioned by a client from Ohio, USA, who wanted a classic Defender to cruise the wooded trails of his family’s farm, the KOOP is based on a 1986 model that’s been stripped down and rebuilt from the bottom up.

The mud-hungry 4×4 is powered by a 3.5 V8 and it features a Terrafirma suspension with 2″ lift kit, KAHN 18″ alloy wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich AT tyres, Puma bonnet, winch bumper, twin-cat LED headlights, KBX signature grille & wing-top vents, Hella Rally Xenon HID spotlights, WARN Zeon 12-S winch, a Front Runner roof rack with spotlights & rear ladder, and other top-notch bits.

Inside, there’s diamond leather trim, modular heated front seats, 3 premium high back centre row seats, benches in the load area, Evander wooden rim steering wheel, a sunroof, and a Pioneer premium sound system. Finished in a fungus green exterior with a brown leather interior, for that unmistakable forest country look.
