Down & Out Cafe Racers is a British bike shop, with a unique style. They’re experts at beefing up mostly Triumph Bonnevilles (our favs), but this time they picked an Italian machine for a change and rolled out a mean, fat-tired Custom Ducati Scrambler, that looks perfect for dirt blasting.
The custom ride now wears a set of 17-inch wheels, covered in 180mm-thick Continental Twinduro tires. In order to fit the chunkier front wheel, the forks have been stretched, and a custom spindle & wheel spacers have also been added. There’s a few in-house made parts on the bike, such as the comfy-looking leather seat & its side covers, micro turn signals & tail setup, and front fender & headlight. Other details include a multitude of top-notch Rizoma parts, an Öhlins rear shock, Motogadget keyless ignition, LSL bars with Biltwell Inc grips, and an exhaust pipe from USA’s Competition Werkes, which should sound as menacing as it looks.
