As you are probably used to by now, Men’s Gear brings you some rare finds. And we just discovered a one of a kind 33-window VW Bus, with room for 12 people: the world’s only 1965 Volkswagen Stretch Microbus Limousine (Auction).

Listed on Ebay, for a price that’s already reached $220,000, this bus which took 2 years to complete, was built by a VW-only restoration shop in Southern California for use as a limousine on the island of Maui, Hawaii. It has only 1600 miles on the odometer and every part on it is said to be brand new, from engine lid hinges to wiring harness to complete brake system to mirrors and everything in between. The bullet-proof torque monster VW 2074cc engine, transmission, and gear reduction boxes were all completely disassembled and rebuilt using only new parts.

Painted in tropical turquoise and India ivory, the entire bus including the interior was coated with a preventative, making it 100% rust-free. The bus was also covered on the inside with a sound deadening material and fitted with a high-end stereo system. The listing for this unique 1965 Volkswagen vehicle includes ownership of the fully-licensed limousine company that owns the bus. With Maui as the number one destination wedding spot in the world, it sounds like a sweet business deal! All you need is a pile of cash…
