Tesla Model X 2

Building sustainable transport is Tesla’s mission, and so far they’ve proved that any type of vehicle can go fully battery-powered, from the irresistible sports car Roadster, to the luxury sedan Model S, and now the world’s first all-electric SUV – the Tesla Model X ($132,000).

As expected, Elon Musk’s latest creation comes with some pretty impressive features: 0-60 mph in a ridiculous 3.2 seconds ( thanks to the 259 hp up front and 503 rear motor power ), a max range of 250 miles in a single charge, 155 mph top speed, towing capacity of 5,000 lbs, an auto deploying rear spoiler, power-folding heated side mirrors, seating for 6 or 7 adults and large cargo space, and a “shy” 560 watt, 17-speaker sound system. The ride also boasts the largest all glass panoramic windshield in production ( optimized with solar tinting ), and “falcon wing” motorized doors with sensors that detect the proximity of obstacles and glide upwards, allowing the car to park in tight spots.

We could also mention the automatic keyless entry, parking sensors, auto emergency braking etc, but these are just logical details. As Musk stated: “I think we got a little carried away.”
